Mission
C.E.P. aims at giving an integrated humanistic, ecological and free education for the children of the shanty town Ramon Castilla in Huanchaco from kindergarden level until they go to the university.
So far they have classes from the youngest through primary age and plan to extend this year by year, funds, and a good supply of volunteers -like you? - permitting.
